Draught at the source: pours clear brown with beige head. Aroma is nutty, toasty. Taste is lightlu bitter. Somewhat sweet. Ok.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a very dark ruby color, almost a cola color. Aroma was sweet and nutty. Sweet malts, some light brown sugar, with a light nutty, sweet malt finish.

4 oz pour on draft at Dominion Wine & Beer. Dark brown. Aromas of malt, roast. Tastes of malt, dark fruit, slight tartness. Medium-light body.

Keg at the brewery, 8/5/16. Clear dark red-brown, medium creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, mild nuttiness. The taste is chocolate, caramel, nuts, roasted malt. Medium bodied mild lingering bitterness.
