0.25cl bottle from tasting box pours a red brownish with an offwhite ligt light brown head. aroma is citussy, dark fruity, flat ale , faint malty note, sort of belgian yeasty doughy note. kinda weird. flavor is very oxidized, citrussy or fruity, decent malty balance, not very hopped at all, alc. gives whatever little bitterness there is. a 5.1% beer that most of all tastes like a non-alc beer. not so good.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bread, malt, fruits and hops. A bit boring.

0,5 flaske fra Esrum kloster, delt med Einar i sommerhuset i Dronningmølle, aug-18: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Både interessant og god aroma og smak som minner om nyper, rognebær og umodne pærer. Antakelig slik kvedefrukten smaker. Lett sursyrlig med snev av honning.
