Bottle at Esrum kloster.Dark golden colour with small white head.Aroma of fruits and hops mild and malty with note of hops light body and mild finish.

0.25cl bottle from tasting box pours a red brownish with an offwhite ligt light brown head. aroma is citussy, dark fruity, flat ale , faint malty note, sort of belgian yeasty doughy note. kinda weird. flavor is very oxidized, citrussy or fruity, decent malty balance, not very hopped at all, alc. gives whatever little bitterness there is. a 5.1% beer that most of all tastes like a non-alc beer. not so good.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bread, malt, fruits and hops. A bit boring.

0,5 flaske fra Esrum kloster, delt med Einar i sommerhuset i Dronningmølle, aug-18: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Både interessant og god aroma og smak som minner om nyper, rognebær og umodne pærer. Antakelig slik kvedefrukten smaker. Lett sursyrlig med snev av honning.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy flavor with yeasty hints. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Summer Gathering, 2017. Pours Clear Golden with a White head. Toffee and buttery. Dust and cellar. Filthy.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with spices, pale malts, fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes sweet and fruity. Nah.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal, vague fruity. Mild herbal. Toasted malty. Estery and mild pears note. dry and toasted finish.
