Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is funk, wood, rhubarb, citrus. Slick body, funky, citrus, rhubarb, light tartness, very good.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings Taproom. Lambikliknande doft och smak. Men smakerna sticker iväg åt lite olika håll. Snäll syra, fruktighet som drar åt övermogna äpplen och lite körsbär, lite murriga fattoner. Trevlig om än inte ända framme vid en bra lambik.

[ As Sahtipaja Barbie ].Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate honey, nectar, apple - rhubarb, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet honey, sweet fruit, tart fruit, apple - rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170513] 6-2-7-3-12
