Cloudy yellow-gold with a frothy white head, soft banana and hints of yeast on the nose. Full-on sweet candied banana up front with a dusty, yeasty mouthfeel, some semi-tart dry bitterness, a touch of sweet lemon and a hint of spice

Again a 0,33 l bottle from rhoihessegold. Thanks a lot! Mid golden in the glass, little bit hazy with a small white head. Low orange fruity smell with wheat and yeast. Taste has some fruity parts, dry wheat, some yeast, some hop. Not what you really expect from a Weißbier. Mediocre.

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold. Many thanks. Tasted on the 02/09/2018 at «Mimosas». Hazy yellow color with a medium and beautiful white head. Aroma is hay, intense yeast, sweet malts and a touch of clove. Taste is medium to intense sweet with a touch of clove and banana leading to a yeasty finish. Really interesting brew. Next one please!

Bottle: Golden, unclear, smaller stable creamy white head; mild phenolic traces in the mild wheaty-fruity nose, the promised hops are hard to detect; moderate sweet-bitter and mildly sourish flavour, light to medium bodied and quite soft; slightly lingering fruity-wheaty and mildly hoppy finish. Not really great...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a firm medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, mildly wheaty aroma with notes of ripe fruits, banana and hints of clovy spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty malt character with notes of banana and citrus, mildly spicy notes stay in the background; moderately sweet and fruity finish. Okay. 07.II.18

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Herbal-grassy and citrusy, minimally floral, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon drop, lemon balm, fresh hay, a touch of pear and basil. Taste is minimally sweet, wheaty, now relatively weak, citrusy hoppy, hints of lemon, a touch of banana; minimally watery. Soft palate, gentle, almost a bit flat carbonation. Aroma promises a really good Hopfenweisse, taste can't completely meet this claim. A nice one, though.
