Bottle, 5.1%. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, spices and yeast. Flavour is malt, fruit, wheat, spices, medium sweet and a little bitter.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is herbal, estery and slight spiced. Medium dry, estery. Dry and estery. Bitter and slight herbal finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 181117

Pours blond from the bottle. Hazy. The frothy white crown lingers. Aroma is banana, melon, a touch of clove. Taste is mild bittersweet, with the crisp bitterness of the hops in absolute harmony with the sweet banana notes. Nice. Finishes the same, although the finish is short. Body is light, carbonation stays mild. Overall feels like an APA/Weizen style fusion. Apart from an underwhelming finish, quite nice.

Pours a hazy and pale golden, topped with a big white head, foamy and semi-lasting. Citrusy nose with slight wheaty sweat in start. Some sweetness upfront with mild spices present. A bit of citrusy presence in the finish, mildly bittery. Light body with fresh feel. Decent.

330ml bottle. Really interesting Weissbier. Less carbonated so also enjoyable from the bottle. Nice yeast aromas, a bit like hay. The Simcoe gives it a nice frutiy finish.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Poured an unfiltered golden with a frothy white top and lacing. Taste of , wheat, light banana and clove. Medium carb, thin body

Nice and smooth beginning. The yeast has nice soft clove-aroma and the beer is crisp and more bitter than expected. Nice and refreshing, not too sweetish or grainy with a nice dry body. Round and fresh with not too much fruit. The Simcoe-hops fit great into the picture! Round and interesting stuff!

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht zitronig hopfig, kaum Banane. Geschmack leicht hopfig, bananig, zitronig.
