Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a few bubbles on top. Pretty tasty, has lightly ripened apples, a little salt, a little musty dryness. Medium bodied, soft, lightly oily. Subtle warmth in the finish, somewhat juicy apples, more mild salty bite. Quite enjoyable.
