Bottle split at L6, thanks to Fergus, 17/01/19. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is apple pulp, straw, grains, light wood, sugars. Taste comprises apple pie, orchard wood, straw, ripe apple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 17/01/2019. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy apple, crap apple jelly, light bark, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, semi dry, light spicy, light bark. Palate is semi swet, low carboantion, mellow. . Good.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a few bubbles on top. Pretty tasty, has lightly ripened apples, a little salt, a little musty dryness. Medium bodied, soft, lightly oily. Subtle warmth in the finish, somewhat juicy apples, more mild salty bite. Quite enjoyable.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples, wrinkled apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart apple, sweet apple, warm apple, dry.
