Quorum is our nod to the classic abbey brown ales of Belgium. We've added our own signature to the style by infusing organic cacao nibs and green cardamom to compliment the character of the Belgian malts and our house Belgian yeast. Aromatic, refreshing, and moreish.

Unclear copper red color with a tan head. Ok itensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a bit rich carbonation level. Fizzy mouth feeling. Nutty, bready, fruity and some spices in the flavor. The carbonation level destroyed it a bit.

Draught (Belgium & Blues, Southampton) Browny red in colour. Cherries, raisins and some slightly roasted notes in the aroma. Fruity and moderately sweet taste with chocolate, cherries and hints of wort. Quite refreshing on a hot day here in Soton.
