Can at home, from HOTM online, 09/01/21. Murky pineapple smoothie yellow with a decent lasting off white head. Nose is hop spice, lime leaf, coconut shavings, weed, light petroleum notes, bitter tropicana. Taste comprises raw pineapple, weed, light stoned fruits, dank chimes, squeeze of lime, trace of coconut, lychee, raw hop notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy resinous hop bitterness. Solid boost juice ... if a touch on the sweet side in places.

Can. Cloudy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Malts are smooth and have a good rich creamy sweetness. Hops are spicy, a good nibbly persistent spice. Spicy rich hop goodness. Ripe pineapple with lesser bright citrus and a sharp punchy lime peel. Ripe rich tropical fruits underneath. Finishes smooth and semi dry and leaves a pretty hop spicy linger. Spot on. Not subtle in anyway and I think the choice of hops here would work in most combos. So I guess I am kinda begrudging Cloudwater some due praise here. Feels like it is lacking a modicum of finesse, but fuck me, it is purdy fucking drinkable.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Looks like custard. Fine CW swede. I’ll pass you over to the missus for notes... “Jesus. It’s like drinking coconut milk with a pile of sugar added. I’ve no idea why you buy beer like that. Awful.” She has a point.
