Draught @ Beefeater. Pours pretty much clear golden with a frothy white head that leaves some sticky thick trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is subtle, slightly malty and tiny fruity with caramel, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, slightly malty, slightly fruity and slightly grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with caramel, grapefruit juice, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, lemon zest and hints of butter. Bit simple, bit unpolished and a bit buttery.
