We’ve delved into the archives to brew one of Sean Franklin’s favourite recipes. Cream is a premium aromatic bitter that showcases the Liberty hop, which is from Washington State in the USA. Soft Yorkshire water creates a smooth bitterness, with a slightly citrus and spiced finish.

Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Mild intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a decent bitterness to back it up. Fruity, caramel malty and mild citric flavor. Decent easy drinkable beer at the pub.

[4/26/15] Cask at Oliver Twist in Stockholm. Hay golden. Aroma of fruit, mild hops, a light grassy hint and a minerally note. Flavor has faint malt sweetness, some hops, some fruitiness, and a dry finish. Rather light-bodied. Easy-drinking.
