Bottled@HBF2017. Deep amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden notes along with mild funk and earth. Flavour is slight tart wood, some floral, fruity and mild lactic notes.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber red color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak bretty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty lavender flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty finish.

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer wtih a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of tart red fruits, red malt, brett, cherries. Taste of tart cherries, brett, herbs, grapes. Okay!

30/XII/17 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ New Year's holiday (Ardennes) - BB: XII/2021 (2017-2263)

Clear orange beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, dissipates. Aroma: some overripe fruit, funky, bit dirty, some tannins. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: fruity, soft acidity, lemony, bitter touch, honey. Aftertaste: floral, bit acidic, fruity touch, infected, bit dirty.

Bottle 330ml. @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Rocket Farmer's Choice ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, cinnamon, spicy, lavender, cake, tart. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, honey sweet, farmhouse, tart, spicy, cinnamon - flowery - lavendel - floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170408] 6-3-6-3-12

Bouteille 33cl, BB 12/2021 du beershop au BxlBeerFest. Orangé, col fin beige. Arôme offre de suite des notes aigrelette relevées par l'effet de miel, le tout sur un côté rappelant un peu une vieille brune. Rétro botanique de la lavande avec de fines effluves de brett bien articulées autour du bouquet organique du miel. Brett donne cet effet de raisin blanc presque Chardonnay voire chêne. En rétro, je note une petite pointe biscuitée presque de massepain. Palais est aigrelet relevé de suite par l'effet de lavande. Note acidulée restant balancée par un effet mielleux/caramélisé assez plaisant. Le tout oscille, ici aussi, vers un côté vieille brune. Brett tjs là, sans être surfait.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
