Conflux is Unity’s interpretation of the modern American pale ale, a juicy and citrusy beer with a soft presentation. They add hops right at the end of the process – a blend of German Hallertau Blanc and Ekuanot from the US – keeping bitterness low while infusing as much flavour and aroma as possible.

Cloudy/hazy pale gold with a frothy white head, and a lovely tropical fruit aroma. The tropical fruit carries on into the taste, alongside a pleasant mellow bitterness which carries on into the finish
