Can: Poured a clear blond color pilsner with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp clean cereal notes with light floral hops notes. Taste is also a good mix of clean crisp cereal notes with some floral hops, finat residual sugar notes and a smooth finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Solid pilsner with great drinkability.

On tap at Flora Hall, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is decently dialled in, with bright grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Could use more spiciness and hoppy bitterness, but it's pleasant. Solid.

As Bohemian Style Pilsner. À golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, treacle, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light chalk, pleasant. On tap at bar lupulus.

After two years of having other brewer's Pilsners, they finally brew their own. Slightly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Small off-white head, decent stay and good lace. Cereal malt grain aromas with the nice Saaz hops. The hops are real present in the taste, adding a nice dry finish. Cereal grain base again with some fruitiness, and the Saaz grassing things up. A lightly happier Pilsner, but not too much to kill the malt fruity notes. Very well-brewed and easy to have a few of these.
