A collab with Time and Tide, this coffee Black IPA with all the pazzazz the style could offer. Roasted bittersweet chocolate malt character meets big ass coffee flavour. The latter all thanks to Has Bean's El Salvador Pacamara beans that give you chocolate, walnuts and pear-y whole bean notes to compliment the hoppy yet dark style. Dip dab amounts of licorice add to the complexity and give the right amount of sweetness to soften the all American hops we packed in.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Coffee bean (black) pour, ivory head leaving a nice lacing. Nose: coffe far away worth a hoppy aroma and hints of cocoa. Mouth: soft (very soft) carbonation, chocolate, watery.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, schiuma avorio-beige media. Al naso note di caffè e luppolo, erbacee, leggermente agrumate. In bocca è abbastanza ben equilibrata, forse più cioccolatosa e morbida di quanto il naso non lasciasse intendere, finale amaro medio. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione corretta. Buona.

Hackney Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Hazy amber - brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, light roasty bitterness and modest dark chocolate. Ripe fruits, dark fruits and tang turning bitterish. Piney hop and mild hop spice. Quite a savoury finish. Nice enough.
