Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some tropical fruity tones with floral and piney hops plugging in there too; clean biscuity malts underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly nice into a semi-sweet then underscored by some bitter hop character; mild aftertaste of the tropical fruits
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; fairly smooth along the tongue; finishes semi-juicy and semi-creamy
Overall: a pleasant enough DIPA I believe I could return to.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light buttery notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt tropical fruits, resinous floral hops, light butterscotch, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Half Barrel Beer Project.
