Bottled@HBF2017. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, ripe fruits, raisins, some wood and mild sherry notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, some ripe fruits, mild bitterness as well as some toffee.

330ml bottle. Sweet, syrupy and stingy woody with some oak, toffee and caramel. Stingy and sticky sweet boozy, not very balanced.

ABV 11.0. Smell of oak, sherry, Brown colour, beige head. Aroma of oak, sherry, alcohol, raisins. Very sweet. Flat carbon. Viscous texture, very heavy body.

Bottle 330ml. @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Ruosniemen Porvari Barrel Edition (Oloroso barrel) ].Unclear matt medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, candy, wood, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, candy, vanilla, licorice - laber larver, sweet malt, caramel, alcohol, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170408] 7-3-8-3-16

Tap at Ravintola Kirjakauppa. Brown color, good white head. Aroma has sweetness, toffee, hops. Full-bodied. Toffee, lots of sherry, hops, wood. Backing alcohol. Ok - malty and sweet.

(Keg at OlutExpo 2016) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had vineousness, wood and alcohol. Palate full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, wood, vineousness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, woody and bitter. A brew with nice taste and unpleasant aroma.

Tap at Olutexpo 2016, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Sweetness, some alcohol, dry fruits, some ripe fruits, hops and malts.

Keg @Olutexpo 2016. Poured amber in color with a thin white head. Some medicine notes, malts, overriped fruits and marzipan in aroma. Flavor had ripe fruits, plums, some alcohol warmth, malt sweetness, dark bread and medicine notes. Long and warming finish. Full bodied.
