Nice pink slush head added, deep light reddish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, sour raspberries, soda powder, fruit stones, mild vinegar, oak, raspberry syrup, grass, berry skin. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour raspberry candy, soda powder, mild vinegar, oak, minerals, berry skin, raspberry syrup, fruit salt, grass, sorrel. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Lovely.

From tap. Pours hazy red with a slugish and pink head. Aroma is raspberry and citric. Mellow dry and smooth fruity. Lingering fruity and crisp fruity. Citric and mellow fruity finish.

Draught @ Omnipollos Hatt. Pours deep reddish with a smooth white head. Aroma of tart raspberries, juicy notes, funky sourness, vanilla and bretta. Taste is sour, funky and tartish with loads of raspberry juice notes, bretta, vanilla, sourness,hints of wood and oak. Finish is tart, sour and funky with loads of raspberries and bretta notes. Intense and complex.
