Can - hazy gold with a thick, well-sustained lace - soft texture - moderate sweetness leads, followed by some spicy and dusty yeast, white grape - a tangy acidity through the middle, followed by some pear - finish is moderately bitter and medium dry, with some lingering acidity - I dig it.

16 oz. can. Pours a beautiful, clear, bubbly, straw color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is green apple, light chardonnay, lots of wheat, cloves, and musty attic. Sweet and yeasty, with a mild, pleasant bitterness. Light body, with a lively, velvety mouthfeel. This is a yeasty, refreshing, and delicious saison.
Nicely lemony farmy, crisp.
April 16, 2024 - bumping this up to 4.30 from 4.0 cause it's great outta can too. Surprising to see I had outer range back in the civil days!
April 25, 2025 - still agree + doggo photo!

Saisons aren't really my thing, but as saisons go, this isn't bad. Pours a slightly hazy, pale banana yellow, with smallish head. Aroma has some wheat esters (sour banana, etc.) and the sharp, peppery scent of the yeast. Flavor is peppery, with some sour banana, a touch of lactic acid. Tasty and refreshing.
