whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: chalky yellow haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light apricot to peachy hops coating a light piney to lemony hop layer then some light clean bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes dry with the apricot and piney hop tones
Texture: medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue, some dryness
Overall: pretty nicely done NEDIPA very worthy of returning to.

16 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout. Murky, orange gold color. Large puffy white head leaves stellar lacing. Fragrant aromas of tropical citrus and stone fruits. Tangerine, mango, peach and lemon. Flavors of bittersweet citrus, peach, guava and passion fruit. Luxuriously smooth and stealth, just like its namesake.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with doughy character, resinous hops, tropical fruit, light pine needles, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at ChurchKey.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange/golden pour, one finger fluffy white head, dense foam, sticky lacing. Zesty citrus aroma with a hint of stone fruit. Taste is ripe fruit, grapefruit peel, peach, pear. Zesty bite is pretty strong and lingers on the palate.

Lots of mineral bitterness and earth below waves of peach, orange candy, mango, and a touch of melon. Almost too sweet but not quite, but the texture is somewhat astringent. Not bad but there's hop burn lurking in the corners.

Opaque, orangey colour with a thick head. Orangey and herbaceous hop aroma. Good body, grapefruit juice character, softish finish, no hop burn, just a touch of alcohol.

Point can from Beer Run, 4/6/24. I saw this on Facebook recently and thought I wanted to try this. Didn't expect to get the chance. Thanks Mika? I wish I could share this with you. RIP. Murky orange (duh), medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of onion, pine, melon. Taste is melon, pine, dank, lime, resin, tropical fruit. Juicy, mild bitterness. WTF with this pine and resin and no bitterness. I hate this trend but I'll rate it fairly.
