For the 500th batch of beer brewed at Hogna we reserved a blend of bourbon and Laphroig whisky casks to age imperial stout for over a year. Blended in house with an emphasis on big stout flavors we to provide the taste buds with a vast complexity of dark flavors ranging from roasted coffee, smoky oak, caramel, chocolate cake and back to a malty finish topped with whisky.
