From tap at The Crafty Cellar, Cascais. Aroma is malt, bit bubblegum-y, funny yeast, sugary fruits. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body. Sweetish, curious, pleasant enough.

Brewpub i caiscais. Klar lys brun med hvitt skum. Lukter litt av belgisk gjær, sitrus. Lett søtsyrlig. Korn, lys malt, gjær og blomster.

Keg at the Crafty Cellar, Cascais, 25/03/22. Clear golden with a good sized white head. Nose is mellow yeast strains, grass, lemon rind, herb, toasted grains. Taste comprises Belgian yeast character, grass, hedgerow, lemon zest, straw, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Ok saison.
