Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice dry caramelized cereal notes with hints of spices and light yeasty notes. Taste is also a mix of dry caramelized cereal notes with some hints of species and herbal hops and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting bière de garde but lacking some complexity.
