On-tap: Poured an amber color lager with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some maple notes. Taste is a mix of caramelized malt with some maple notes and a flavorful finish. Body is fuller than average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed maple amber with more flavors than I was expecting.

Enjoyed May 19, 2023 at the brewpub (first beer had at the bar). Darker brown colour with copper highlights, a bubbly light-beige head and good cloudy lacing. You can taste the maple sap as soon as it hits your lips, with an added sweetness from the wheat, that lingers banana notes. Hints of chocolate malt. The nose show the bananas-wheat with the maple coming after breathing. The base shows some fruity and chocolate malts. The mouthfeel is wet, slightly sticky, but with a cutting, dry finish. Tart is left, a tad wood. Even bitterness shows up late, but present. Not a bad brown ale with maple and lot more happening.
