Enjoyed at the brewpub, pouring a dark brown colour with no head, but a touch of film on the glass. Chocolate malt nose with coconut and hints of soya sauce. Big cacao taste with some bitterness in the finish. Some alcohol lingers. The mouthfeel gets dryer and dryer, but not thick - slightly silky. A very chocolaty bitter, dry Imperial Stout, more on the cacao powder side, than milk chocolate.

Draft: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of sweet deep cocoa chocolate notes with some woody bourbon/vanilla notes. Taste is also a complex mix of deep coca and chocolate notes offset by some woody bourbon notes with some vanilla notes. Body is pretty full with creamy texture and medium carbonation with light warming alcohol notes. The coca is dialed up to 11 on this one.
