Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A milky peach pink coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is wheaty milky malts, strawberry fruit, tomato and a light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fruit juiice, strawberry berry fruit, light tang. Nice fresh and juicy. Palate si semi sweet, mellow, moderate carbonation, easy going. Not bad at all.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Pig's Ear Beer Festival, London 7/12/2017. Hazy amber in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Yeasty grains, tart strawberry fruits, some orange peel, hint of clove and a gentle finish. Fine.

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear 2017. It pours cloudy pink/red with a small white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, tangy, juicy, wheat, jam, Victoria sponge cake, strawberry and some herbal notes. The taste is soft, sweet, oily, juicy, rather jammy, sponge cake, hay, wood, wheat cracker and a touch of spice with a sweetish finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Mouth – feel is a bit powdery. Fine.

Cask at Pig's Ear '17,day one, 05/12/17. Murky pink pour akin to a strawberry smoothie topped with a light crimson cap. Nose is tang berries, wheaten bread, yeast notes, pink berry sours. Taste comprises tangy strawberries, pink berries, sour fruit edge, straw, light yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fun time Hefe ... could have been a shit shoot ... worked out well !

[ As One Mile End Bavarian Breakfast - Strawberry ].
ABV: 5.2%. Muddy medium to dark red orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast - weizen yeast, strawberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, strawberries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171205]

Pigs Ear. Cask. Cloudy orange - pink - peach colour beer, small bubbly white head. Light palate, good fine carbonation. Thin malts. Light spritzy seltzer. Tangy strawberry, trace of strawberry candy. Touches of orange and sherbet. Light crisp finish. Nice, most refreshing after a bunch of dark beers.
