18/3/2019. Bottle from Connolly’s Fine Wine and Spirit Merchants, Livery Street. Pours clear pale gold with a fizzy short lasting off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, light tropical fruits, pine and light spicy notes. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Ok but a little unrefined.

Bottle from Connolly's Wines, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy tropical citrus hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a crisp, fresh, dry malt, dry yeasty hop bitter palate and a lingering, somewhat unpleasant, dry bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

Level 42 botteshare. Thanks to Colin. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and smooth, modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet pale malts. Smooth floral mid. Mild bubblegum esters. Modest citric pith and peel and a pinch of hop spice. Smooth finish. Okay. could do without the esters.

Bottle shared in CW - many thanks to Coleen. Pours unclear gold with a bubbly, white head. Odd nose, some rind, faint plastic, ash. Lit sweet flavour with more pleasant citrus, melon, peach, tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. More citrus notes in the finish, pale bread, peach, tangerine. Not bad in the end.
