Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, some dried fruits and mild grainy and yeasty notes. Flavour is grassy, spicy, some yeast and mild grainy notes to it. Citrus, grass and some grains in the aftertaste.

440ml can (only 3.7% ABV); BB 23rd April 2022. Drank at home on 29th September 2021. Wasn't expecting it to be a gusher! Third of a pint flew out and the froth filled my pint glass with some getting onto the table. Mini-haze to the light golden body, getting darker and hazier with each pour; huge white head. Even some plain crisps and a piece of 'Oude Gouda' couldn't get the head to recede, took me four pours to actually empty the can. Hoppy in nature with a citrussy leaning in both the nose and taste, more citrus flavours as I added more beer into the glass.

Keg at Love Beer London. Sweet citrus aroma. Hazy yellow amber. Some white head, very little. Initial lowkey sour citrus. Light bitter edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick if thin. Prickly fizzy carbonation. Abrupt dry finish. Certainly sessionable, not particularly exciting.

On tap at Hop Stuff Tap room Ashford. Hazy cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. Hoppy wit bier aroma. Some citrus some earthiness in the mouth. Light banana peach aroma. Actually it grew on me. More an ipa than a wit. Still a bit earthy on the banana.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine crispness. Nice light orange peel and tangerine. Touch of bitterish lemon, Schweppes. Floral citrus. Light dry spicy finish brings pith and yellow grapefruit. Nice SIPA.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2017, day 1 - London. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds lemon peel, grapefruit pith. Light sweet flavour with harsh grassy bitterness, more grapefruit, dried pale malts. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Strong bitterness in the finish, more grass, citrus rind, hay. OK overall.
