Draught, 5.5% at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Good citric aroma, nicely funky. Cloudy dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The for starts off with a sharp acidity, not so funky funky. Followed by a more fruity acidity. The acid bites a bit, but it is still a quite drinkable beer.

On tap at Vices & Versa, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh rhubarb and strawberries upfront, with gentle funk in back. Flavour is fruity and acidity, with lots of sour strawberry upfront, followed by subtler rhubarb, light funk, and high acidity. The acidity is pretty sharp on this, but it's still within the bounds of reasonability. Finishes fruity, acidic, and almost peppery. Solid enough.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to NewKen! Pours unclear gold with a foamy, white head. Loads of white pepper, some peach, pale wood, decent funky kick. Medium bodied with average carbonation. More white pepper in the finish, a little citrus, pale bread, soft bitterness. Novel gear.

Small white head over quite lively carbonated veiled yellow beer. "Putteke" , lemon, wild yeasts, lactic acid, barnyard odours. Very sour, lactic acid, obvious rhubarb, watercolourpaint, lemonjuice or lemonsquash, raw vegetables. Sharp MF with serious acidburn and -thinning; good carbonation. American sour. Strawberry? And I doubt Grisette was ever sour. Thanks to Louis!

Bottleshare at Craft Islington. Thanks to new Ken. Light haze on this gold beer, short lived white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light lemon sherbet, lemon sherbet sweets. Modest generic fruits. Tiny bit of acid. Light finish.

RB backlog. Butter curry, pepper, slightly musty, lemongrass, citric, dough. Sourness hits the tongue instantly, then opens up to a deep mix of dextrose-like sweetness, tart notes, a hit of bitter overtones.
