Pilsner has been a style we’ve produced from day one. We were one of the very first micro-breweries in London to produce a lager style beer. A classic pilsner, hopped with Saaz which adds pleasant floral, spicy and herbal overtones to the beer.

330ml can from a random shop in London and drank at my brother Matthews house the day before flying to Berlin for a beer and currywurst break. 9th May 2023 being the day. Bog standard Pilsner really, clean and clear golden body, short lived white crown. Light floral leanings maybe.

# 2970; 5/2022. Light malty and fruity aroma. Straw body, persistant white head. Citrus, fruity, malty, crispy, very clean. Definitely not Bohemian pilsener but very good bavarian style of german pils. Pint, draught, beer bar, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.

Almost clear golden, white head. The aroma has some fruity / grape juice / apple juice sweetness, aromatic roots, spicy hops. Similar taste, sweet and rooty and spicy, with a subtle yet firm herbal bitterness. Crisp and clean. A well done pils with a distinct flavour profile.

330ml can. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy Pilsner malt, cardboard, buttery yeast, light citrus, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, crisp, malt, mineral, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
