Mildly hazy, bright light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, average retention and lots of foamy lacing spots. Lemon, citrus nose with some Belgian yeast notes giving a touch of spices. The taste is milder, but still has the citrus, yeast and spices. Quite an easy-drinking Grisette with all of these fresh Saison notes in a lighter version.

Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some peppery yeast notes. Taste is a mix of light rustic malt with some hay notes with a peppery yeast finish reminiscent of Saison Dupont. Body is light with good carbonation. Very enjoyable with Dupont like yeast playing a huge role and good attenuation overall.

A translucent yellow saison with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, light bodied, OK. On tap at brewery.
