Bottle picked up at the Brewery. It pours clear orange - amber with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, bread, toasted grain, cereal and mild sweetness. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, toasted grain, doughy malts, cereal, grass, honeyed grains, orange rind and a touch of spice with a dry finish. A touch of booze comes through after a while. Medium body and fine carbonation. A decent take on the style.

Keg at the Union Tavern - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a thick, creamy off-white head. Grainy and lightly doughy bread in the nose, some golden raisins. Light to medium sweet flavor with doughy bread, some grassy and leafy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with more grains, dough, grass, leaves, lemon rind, hints of tangerine. Not bad overall.
