It took us a long time to get this beer right. Most breweries produce their own version of an American Style IPA and we’re proud with what we’ve accomplished. It takes skill producing a balanced beer to allow the hops to shine through while having enough malt backbone and mouthfeel to hold the higher alcohol. The beer is made with kilos of hops throughout the boil and again dry hopped to add further aroma. Columbus, Chinook, Summit and Citra hops provide the spice, citrus and tangerine characteristics.

330ml can, 6 % abv, kindly shared by Finn. Bubbly white head over a misty golden body, slowly diminishing white head. Moderate smell of bread and peaches, hints of perfumed hops. Malt juicy flavours, bread-like mats beneath. Rounded mid-dry bitterness to the ending. Satisfying. (Tromsø 04.03.2020).

Can from Fresh Fields Market Croydon and drunk at home. Clear deep amber brown russet colour. Lasting beige head. A bit like the Pale Ale but a bit stronger. Caramel and peppery hoppy bitterness on the finish. I rather liked it. Good mouthfeel. Good malt hop balance. PInk grapefruit. Fun.
