Draft. Blackish beer with a light tan head. Bourbon and light chocolate aroma with malt and a light fruitiness. Light bourbon and light malt flavor with some light berry fruit. Medium-plus bodied. Light fruitiness and light carammel malt lingers with light bourbon.

Tap at the Bistro BA fest. Pours black with a smear of bubbles. Nice oaky/sour aroma. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is smooth, dark malt, with underlying oak/bourbon/sour. Oak is not dominant. A very good beer.
