From tap at the brewery. Light hazy pale yellow color with white head. Tart fruity aroma, apple, mineral, wood. Light sweet and moderate acidic taste. Light thin body with soft carbonation.

Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Perennial Cider 2016 ].Hazy matt light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apples, apple skin, apple core. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple skin, tart, sweet apple. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20170513] 7-2-7-3-14

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours pale yellow, no head. Aroma of light sourness, wood, green apples. Flavor is lightly sour, green apple, apple core, little wood. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 130517

MBCC. Slightly hazy dark yellow with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and wood. Flavour is apples, fruit, wood, baking yeast, little acetone, barrel and sweet.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Green Session. Sehr trübe blass gelbe Farbe. Geruch ist mild fruchtig säuerliche Äpfel. Geschmack ist sauer fruchtig, reife Äpfel, limetten. Nice.

Tap @MBCC2017, as Perennial Cider 2916, Green Session. Cloudy pale yellow, milky, no head. Sour, green apple aroma. Sourish, sweetish apple flavour. Late bitter, slightly rough bite. Nice.
