Draft taproom. Pours hazy gold. Aroma is sour stone fruit, light floral notes, earth. Flavor is earth, funk, sour stone fruit, grasses. Nice funk in this one. Enjoyable.

Taster at the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours a dark, golden color, with a small, fine, off-white head. The aroma is lemon, butterscotch, rosemary, very faint strawberry, and salt. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild, tart finish. Light to medium body, with a slick, acidic finish. This is a pretty solid, basic sour.

Smaksprøve fra fat på Bishops Arms Malmø nov-18: lett ular lys rødgylden med fint skum som varer. Syrligfrisk med modne røde bær (særlig jordbær) og brett i en slank og elegant kropp. En god ganerenser.

Hazy pink yellow color. Could be the lifting. Smells like peaches and apricots and honey. Intensely sour middle to finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Peaches, apricot and cherry. Very tart. Mild acidity lingering with tree bark

Backlog. Golden with white head. Tart citrus, red berries, ctiric with some earthy notes too. A bit of vanilla. Light vinegar. Good one!
