Capped 750 mL bottle thanks to daknole and shared at the 1/9/22 Prohibition Speakeasy tasting. Hazy orange thin fizzy head poor retention. Aroma of stone fruit, funk, mushrooms. Taste is pepper, white grape, brett, funk, dandelion. Full bodied, lingering funk.

Trade from wchesser: pours misty pale with a small white head. Aroma is funky yeast, pleasant and mellow fruitiness. Taste is lightly sour, somewhat sweet, quite funky. Some earthiness and tanginess. Good.

[ As Arizona Wilderness La Région Sauvage d'Arizona ].ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, cookie, fruity - fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, saison yeast, cookie, pale malt, fruity malt and fruity yeast, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170512] 7-3-7-3-14

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity hoppy and bretty, yeast, citrus fruity notes, medium acidic, tart fruity finish.

Bottle very light pale almost flouresent yellow. Lively white head. Light floral soapy Brett aroma and flavors. Light sharpmfloral hops subtle and nice.

750ml bottle pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is big Brett spice some floral notes. Taste is more of the nice Brett notes spice and more of the floral perfume notes.
