4 oz pour from bottle at ChurchKey. Clear bright straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of funk, hay, herbs, light oak. Tastes of funk, floral notes, citrus, herbs. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice saison.

Keg at the Kings Arms, 14/11/16. Light golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is mellow green berry, straw, grains, light pissoi notes, funk, tangerine. Taste comprises grass, funk, light farmyard, green berry zest, peach, bubblegum. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with some mellow hop interplay. Solid stuff.

Keg at the Kings Arms - London. Pours mostly clear yellow with a creamy white crown. The nose has some saison yeast, a little funk, lemon peel, melon. Medium sweet flavour with wheat bread, some dough, more melon, ripening lemon, some meringue. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with some lemony tang, more saison yeast, wheat bread. Real good stuff.
