We took our favourite chocolate nibs roasted by our friends at Marou and combined them with our favourite coffee provided by K’Ho from the Central Highlands region of Vietnam in this colossal imperial porter. Huge flavours of chocolate and coffee along with notes of caramel, toffee and dark fruit, seamlessly coalesce into one massive, yet drinkable beer.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is sweet roasty malt, coffee, dark chocolate, raisins, dark fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth warm, rich roasty liqourice alcohol bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
