Cask handpull at Three Mariners Hythe. Cask handpull. Clear amber colour lasting near white head. Beautiful lacing. Great condition. Great after a long cycle ride. Biscuit and herby hop aroma. Beautiful condition. Some bite on finish. As a brown bitter its good. Looking forward to the next beers. Touch of tea perhap

Cask at the Wenlock Arms, London on 8th June 2011. Clear copper with lasting white foam head and initial lacing. Slightly smoky aroma; berries, honey and smoke in mouth with citric grapefruit in good supply. Finish is solidly bitter, rounded with honey sweetness lingering.
