Mayan Chocolossus - Barrel Aged

Mayan Chocolossus is our Mayan chocolate imperial stout. It's got Mexican vanilla, Ecuadorian cacao nibs, Mexican cinnamon, ancho chili, honey, and annatto powder. All of these ingredients combine to create a beer that tastes like a rich, dark chocolate bar. This beer was the catalyst to Ryan opening the brewery so we're excited every year when we get to share it with everyone in the tasting room.
