Bricks can be beautiful. An intensely flavourful bold DIPA, our house blend kicking off all the juicy esters, backed up with a huge Cashmere and Strata dry hop with just a touch of Sabro to round off the trifecta of intense tropical fruit flavours.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth but soon develops good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a nice level of creamy sweetness. The hops (Cashmere, Strata and Sabro) open their show with a good hop spice bite. Crisp pine. Good tropical fruits here, all sorts going on. If you told me this had HBC586, I'd have believed you. Sabro coconut betrays its presence. Soft passion fruit on the back end along with a touch of guava and more hop spice. A delight!
