Bottle from WW, circa early 2017, batch 1121. Bottle has traveled to Brooklyn & back to NC over that time. Two months in the fridge before serving myself. Goblet @home. Clear, amber orange tea, super frothy head. Disappointing lemon tea, apple skin, sharp wood, significant oxidation. Taste is softly tart, sweet fermented lemon, kiwi, strong wood, tea tannins, lemon pith, mellow herbage but very little obvious tea is left in this. Frothy, silky, sharp, lingering acid. Past it's prime.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - batch 1121, at Stadin Panimobaari, 20180929) The beer amber and lightly hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tartness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, sweet and bitter. A bit unbalanced tart brew.

Sample from the bottle at Stadin Panimobaari, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy deep orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, berries, spices, tea, dryness, some sourness and malts.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, barnyard, leather, funky, tea, jasmine, green tea leaves, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidicr with a long duration, tea, jasmine, green tea leaves, funky, dry, wood, wone. Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a cup. Hazy orange with small white head. Tart aroma, medium body, lower carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is tart stone-fruit, oak, and a little tea.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is funky, dextrose, candy, salvia, soft phenols. Body is strong and acidic, vinous, intense and complex: Grapes, candy, even some barrel, dextrose. Long sweet palate. Good!
