Bottle, mooch tasting, courtesy of the gang
Pitch black, no head. Aroma of cookies, vanilla, chocolate. Medium body, highly carbonated, very sweet; it doesn't say lactose, but it tastes like; chocolate, vanilla, some artificial flavour, blood, metallic; hot alcohol.
Good, but a bit weird.

750ml (thx, Jonathan M. for proxying!) @ Matt's new place. Appearance: gushy (we did even think initially that it was infected) very dark brown with a quickly disappearing brown head. Aroma: a weird mix of coconut and marshmallow, some chocolate. Taste: along the same, very bubbly. Overall: weird one, the coconut and marshmallow created a quite weird combination.

750mL bottle, explodes upon opening, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is kind of muddled, with burnt marshmallow, with subdued toasted nuts, and a touch of sweetness. Flavour is very unusual, with burnt marshmallow, burnt sugar, toasted nuts, and lactose. Way too high carbonation. Not sour, but the carbonation is certainly indicative of something being off. Lots of burnt marshmallow and burnt sugar on the finish. Flawed and far from their best, but not bad.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fudge and cocoa with some residual sugar notes with some vanilla and light macadamia notes.Taste is a mix of fudge notes with some coca and with some vanilla and faint oreos and macadamia nuts notes. Body is full with a nice creamy texture with some good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Solid pastry stout with some fairly good balance.

(750ml bottle from the brewery webshop c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours very dark brown with a tiny mocha-coloured head without lace. Aroma is dominated by Oreos and marshmallows when cold, but warming gives additional tones of creamy macadamia nuts and some coconut, fudgier caramel-inflected brownies, vanilla ice cream, some light torrified notes, but not really any roast to speak of. Flavour follows the nose somewhat, when cold it's an Oreo fest but bursts with marshmallow and vanilla ice cream sweetness when warmer, medium caramel malt sugars as well, macadamia nuts show up in the middle of the sip and carry on into the finish, coconut is quite soft in comparison. Finish is still quite sweet but with slight drying alcohol warmth and a little bitterness from nuts and the chocolate part of the Oreo. Medium-full body, oily to syrupy, soft but fizzing carbonation. Definitely sweet, definitely dessert, but if you're looking for that BdBC still delivers better than anyone else in the country. A nice confectionery party.

Almost black colour with a mocha--coloured small bubbly head, minimal lacing with some tiny lacing spots left. Coconut aromas with nice chocolate, cacao notes, warming alcohol - all blended with some vanilla. Silky, milky smooth mouthfeel with some tart left on the tongue. The chocolate taste is on the sweet side with the marshmallows and vanilla, but takes a turn for bitterness with the alcohol, all nicely brewed. Hints of nuttiness lingers. A nice sweet Imperial Stout for those who like desserts.
