Can: Poured a slightly hazy blonde color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of sour notes with some funky Brett and some light floral hoppy notes are also perceptible. Taste is a mix of sour funky notes with some light floral hoppy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK but nothing really special.

Can, 355 ml, batch 14, purchased from the brewery on November 17, 2021, savoured on December 2, 2021; eye: golden with a caramel hue, cloudy, no effervescence, half-ring of beige head, light lacing; nose: aromatic hops, lemon, light Brettanomyces yeast; mouth: aromatic hops, lemon, light Brettanomyces yeast, watery, citric finale with slight presence of malt, light-medium body, average carbonation, lightly sweet, slick texture; in summary: fair FRANÇAIS
Canette, 355 ml, lot 14, achetée à la brasserie le 17 novembre 2021, savourée le 2 décembre 2021; œil : dorée avec une teinte caramel, trouble, pas d’effervescence, demi-anneau de mousse beige, légère dentelle; nez : houblons aromatiques, citron, léger levure Brettanomyces; bouche : houblons aromatiques, citron, léger levure Brettanomyces, aqueuse, finale citrique avec très légère présence de malt, corps léger-moyen, carbonatation moyenne, légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct
