Our 7th annual Homebrew Challenge Winner!
This year we chose a classic and unsung hero of the German brewing tradition: the Sticke Alt style for our challengers to tackle. Das Schmeckt Gut! reigns supreme, with a nuanced fruit character balanced with a solid yet restrained noble hop note. Legend has it that the original brewers of the Sticke Alt would let only a select few patrons enjoy this brewer's choice beer -- thanks to winner Tim Gregory, you too, get to be a part of this exclusive club. Fancy that? Prost!
