Bomber from Wine Specialty. Copper color with a decent white head. Aroma of resin hop. Medium body with nearly creamy carbonation. Flavor is roasted malt and resin hop, perhops with a touch of floral/citrus. Finish is fruity and nearly dry. This is a great ale. It is incredibly tasty. Get it. Enjoy it. Smooth and mellow. Hoppy. Bitter. Wonderful.

Pours bright amber/red into a shaker. Off-white micro head tophats as it slowly recedes to skim surface. Pine and citrus aromas. Thick..yet thin with a spicy rye..yet sourdough middle and finish.

Clear light red beer, with a frothy off-white head - apparent and spicy rye in the aroma, with some biscuity british maltiness, some buttery character - the flavor is dominated by that diacetyl-heavy quality commonly imparted by the use of those british ale yeasts these new england brewers love to brew with - some odd notes of banana bread - some spicy rye manifests late, but never really cleanses the palate of the initial flavor - fairly one-dimensional and bland compared to the recent releases in this series.
