A dark reddish copper brown Bock with a very thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, dark fruits, ok. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of dark fruits, faint maple, alcohol warmth, a bit cloying. On tap at brewery.

Dark brown colour, clean, caramel-ruby highlights, a thin light-beige head, mild retention and spotty lacing. Dark fruit aromas with roasted malts, hints of coffee and a sour undertones (infected??). Taste of fruitiness as well as grape notes, which is kind of the sour notes felt in the nose. Roasted malt stays on the tongue with a touch of tart. The mouthfeel has a decent dryness. The roasted malts and hops are nicely balanced in here. Not sure about being a Bock, and if the grapes are suppose to be in here.
