50 Grams of Fire: For our second collaboration with Boxing Cat Brewery (Shanghai, China) and Beer Travelist, we tossed 50 grams of diced chili padis into the kettle, then separately dry-hopped this pale ale with Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic hops. The result is a truly unique and complex collaboration ale that beautifully showcases the chili padi without overdoing the spice.

A golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light pepper notes, light grainy notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of hot black pepper, grassy floral hops, light citrus, very nice. On tap at 3rd Culture, Maxwell Food Center.
