Bottle. M&S. Just about clear, pale gold. Decent white foam. Nose has sweet and bready malts. Some cracknel toffee. Hops are old school and leafy. Taste is sweet and semi dry. Light body. Soft carbonation. Sweet and bready finish. Ok.

Bottle from Marks&Spencer Westfield London and drunk on a train. Clear gold lasting white head. Lemony aroma. A little thin or light in the mouth. Not a lot of lager character ut the stinging lemon is attractive both on the aroma and finish. Very refreshing.

Bottle at home, 18/02/17. Clear golden with a well appointed white head of bubbles. Nose is pale malts, straw, grains, faint lemon rind, light bready notes. Taste comprises pale malts, light caramel wafer, toasted grains, airy malts, faint vanilla. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean close. Decent enough offering for the style.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from the Drinker’s Paradise. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Light biscuits in the nose, some lemon peel, straw, pale cereal. Light sweet flavour with notes of dry pale grains, a subtle citric notes, lightly bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly basic on the finish, with more crisp cereal grains, mildly bitter hay, citrus peel. So so overall.
