Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is sweet barley malt, caramel toffee, peat, smoke, with some metallic notes. Flavour is medium sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is above medium. Sweetish with some metallic notes, but I dig the peaty and malty aroma. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Amber color. Peated malt and a hint of tobacco in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweetish peaty flavor. Bready. Caramel. Warming alcohol. Lacking some balance, but still a nice beer.

Yes, peaty, sweet and caramelly. All as expected. Bit watery, but nice enough.

Shared from bottle at THT February 2018. Clear dark brown with offwhite greyish head. Dark malt, tobacco, rum, bubblegum, peat, touch of the bacon. Sweet, salty and bitter. Sounds familiar? Medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Wee Heavy, Peated Scottish Ale on 17 Feb 2018 at 11:18 - Score: 6

Bottle shared at THT. Thanks to RW80 for the bottle! Clear amber with not too big beige head. Caramel, goat droppings, smoke, lots of sugar, tobacco, green unripe fruit. Quite sweet and medium bitter. Almost full bodied. Not my thing.

Bottle. Brown amber pour. Aroma of soft peat, malt, iron, caramel and raisin. Taste of malt, caramel, iron, subtle peat and some ripe fruit. Seems a bit oxidized. All flavor is subdued, bit of a letdown.
